Why we do it
First and foremost, we want all of our creative energy to have a positive impact on the world around us. Whether it be on an individual, social, or environmental level, our work reflects what we believe in: truth, transparency, empowerment, authenticity, and empathy.
Our goal is to apply our expertise to projects that enhance human well-being and benefit the things that we are passionate about:
- Health and Wellness

Who we work with
Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with a lot of forward-thinking people who are passionate about designing great user experiences. But what really gets us out of bed in the morning is collaborating with groups that have an honest mission and values a lot like ours.

- First Data reinvent how small business owners keep track of their businesses
- Supply.com understand their audience and define marketing messages
- Inspire Medical improve therapies for sleep apnea sufferers

“I actively look for opportunities to work with Field. They are wonderful creative collaborators, who are just as comfortable pitching ideas in a workshop as they are putting the finishing touches on the final product.”
— Brian Ikeda, Director of Design Strategy, Human Spark
Currently, we’re two people with a combined skillset that covers the entire spectrum of user experience design – from user research and information architecture, to design strategy and interaction design.
We like to maintain flexibility and build teams based on the unique nature of each project. When we need to scale up, we tap into our incredibly talented and hardworking network of researchers, strategists, and designers.
